1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds apply only to eligible cancellations made within the permitted time frame.
  • Booking must be cancelled according to our Cancellation Policy.
  • Proof of payment may be required.

2. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
  • Administrative or service fees.
  • Optional add-ons once used.
  • Damages, fines, or penalties incurred during rental.

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for early vehicle returns or modified bookings, subject to management approval and applicable deductions.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

5. Payment Method Restrictions

Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method used for booking. Cash refunds may be issued at management’s discretion.

6. Booking Modifications

Changes to booking dates or vehicle type may result in fare differences. Any additional amount must be paid by the customer.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Travixos directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute with their bank.

8. Policy Updates

Travixos reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
