2. Eligibility & Driver Requirements

• Minimum driver age is 21 years.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Government-issued photo ID is mandatory.
• International Driving Permit may be required for non-residents.
• Travixos reserves the right to refuse service.

3. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
• Online reservations are considered requests until confirmed.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Travixos may cancel or modify reservations if necessary.

4. Rental Period & Extensions

• Rental period begins and ends as stated in confirmation.
• Late returns may incur extra charges.
• Extensions require prior approval.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Rates are charged per day unless stated otherwise.
• Additional charges may include fuel, tolls, fines, damages, and cleaning fees.
• All payments must be made using approved payment methods.

6. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle handover and will be returned after inspection, provided no damages or violations are found.

7. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided. Refueling charges will apply if not.

8. Vehicle Use Restrictions

• No illegal activities.
• No sub-renting or transfer of vehicle.
• No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• No racing, towing, or off-road usage.

9. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

• Vehicles are provided in good condition.
• Report any damage at pickup.
• Renter is responsible for damages during rental.

10. Accidents, Breakdowns & Theft

Any accident, damage, or theft must be reported immediately. Police report may be required. Renter may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

11. Insurance

Basic insurance may be included or offered as an add-on. Costs not covered by insurance are renter’s responsibility.

12. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by booking type. No-shows or late cancellations may incur charges.

13. Personal Information

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

• Travixos is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
• Travixos is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

15. Modifications to Terms

Travixos may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance.
